No More Stress...

...at least tests. We had the last NST today and everything went fine. Lydianne was apparently having contractions fairly regularly...at least that's what the machine said. Lydianne said she couldn't even feel them. The doctor said not to worry unless they actually become uncomfortable. I'm not sure why it has to hurt for them to count. So the pre-op appointment on Wednesday morning, pick up family at the airport, then Thursday morning it's time to go.

The floors are nearly done; We should be finished tomorrow. And the garage is organized, since that was such a priority. I even spent the weekend doing what I think any man does on his last Saturday before having a child...cleaned the grout in the kitchen.
What if it was breeding some horrible bacteria we didn't know about? Or what if he finds out that we didn't do everything possible to prepare the house for his arrival? Oh the guilt!


So 3 days until he arrives and I feel like there's so much more to do. The house isn't totally clean, the walls don't have pictures up...how can a baby possible live here? I think it'll be ok, I hear babies don't have very good vision, so I guess we have a little time before he gives it the white glove treatment. Can't wait to meet the little guy. And despite numerous hints, my family isn't close to guessing the name. It's kinda fun hearing the suggestions. My latest favorite guess has to be Frankenstein.
