Gone Fishin'

I was finally able to take the kids fishing today. Harrison loved it for the 5 minutes he paid attention.
The fish were biting as soon as you threw the hook in the water. He caught his first little catfish pretty quick.
But he was most excited about the worms. He loved digging in the dirt and pulling them out. Although I kept pinching them into pieces, he decided it would be best to just throw them right into the water.
Annelise also liked the worms. She liked to stretch them like a rubber band and them run them through he mouth like a noodle. Yum.

I caught her a little catfish right before we left and she was very excited. She jumped up and down and squealed and laughed. Then she kept trying to kiss it, so I had to let it go.
The success of any activity with the kids can be measured by how quickly they fall asleep in the car. This was a success.
