We took our semi-annual trip to Atlanta for Christmas. We decided last year that we will probably only make this trip every-other year. We had a great time! Unfortunately, we are still waiting on pictures from my sister, so we only have pictures of our time at the Padrons', but we had enough fun there to take plenty.
Both of the kids were OBSESSED with the clocks. They have 2 that ring about 15 seconds apart from each other, and each time they would point and run and make a big deal. It was funny, yet a little disturbing.
Before bed we put out cookies and milk for Santa. This year was fun because Harrison really understood the idea of Santa coming.
Later that night...
Christmas Day it snowed and snowed. It was the first white Christmas in like 120 years; funny because Dallas had it's first one in 120 years when we were home last year.
So much snow that we ended up snowed in at my sister's house for the night. Her neighborhood is full of hills, so we had to determine how icy it was in order to leave the next morning as well. After a test run, we decided to chance it. After a great trip, we drove home on the 30th so we could celebrate New Year's in style. Here we are at about 5 minutes to midnight:
