We don't want Harrison to grow up thinking that Christmas is all about presents, so we're looking for ways to tie in giving gifts with the birth of Christ. Feel free to share some comments about how your family does that. Meanwhile, here are some pictures of Harrison on his first Christmas Day clearly understanding the birth of the Savior and the impact it had on the world.

Pics are soooo cute!
We are looking for traditions to start with the kids to keep the spirit too. One thing I have heard was each of the kids get 3 presents from Santa--just like the wisemen gave Jesus. Also, those presents are the "boring" ones--sock, accessories for bigger gifts. That way the "Big" gift comes from Mom and Dad and the kids are going on and on about Santa...
I was looking for a book to read this year for Christmas Eve, but never found one. Next year I want to start going to church on Christmas Eve, I really miss that. Let me know other ideas you have!
