A big ice storm came through early this morning and canceled school. This allowed us to spend the day together and to get things done at home. It's not really picture-worthy, but the yard is covered in what looks like snow. It's not. It is solid ice. I took a walk outside and it is really just a solid sheet of ice on the street, driveway, and even on the grass. I am in a t-shirt and slippers. It is 19 degrees and the wind chill is 4. It started to crack under me, so I took a video:

As I was watching this clip, I thought, "this is hands down the most boring video on their blog..." (I've watched every video you've shared here, even the ones marked for grandparents only.) I changed my mind when I reached the end! "That was cold." Funny, Kris.
