When you get a haircut, get a barber you have known
Since you were a little bitty boy sittin' in a booster chair
Or you might look like Larry, Moe or Curly if a stranger cuts your hair.
Well, Annelise got her first haircut today. So did I possibly have a chance of getting this right? Of course not. No matter what I did, I was doomed. So I was sure to take Abuela with me so that I wouldn't be blamed completely.

But recently, her bangs have started to hang down into her eyes, not to mention the amazing rat tail. So Lydianne decided it would be a good idea for me to take her in to have her haircut. I know it's because when it was inevitably screwed up, she could be held blameless. I told the lady EXACTLY what Lydianne told me, and this was the result.
I then sent this picture to Lydianne at work. Her response? "I hate it." Yeah, me too. The hair, not that little face.

OK...now remember it is just hair and it will grow back and she is BEAUTIFUL She has beautiful hair like Lydianne's so I am sure it will grow back quickly. I do have to say to the stranger who is suppose to be a professional "Why would you think a mom and dad would want it cut so short with a baby as young as she is and with so much hair?" Would you not try to talk dad out of it even if that was what he wanted????? I must say I am glad I was not with ya!!!I love you all very much!Love,

She is too cute regardless of the hair!
I agree that it is too short. However she is still an absolutely gorgeous baby. I agree with Mom. Her hair will grow back quickly. She still looks like a little doll to me.
